Trepax have worked on projects as small as 25m² and as large as 150,000m² upwards. This flexibility enables us to work on any sized project all across the SE Asian regions and beyond, whether based fully onsite with our own installation crews or daily visits to sites as the conditions dictate. All sites have dedicated teams that are fully trained in site work procedures along with organization and project management skills to ensure a successful outcome. From initial mobilization, preparation, and installation, all the way through to final hand over, the client will be guaranteed a full turnkey service. Resources are assigned dependent on the size and the schedule of the project. For international projects where we have partners within that country, we are able to offer in some instances local resources, which maintains a cost structure that is attractive to our international clients.

Trepax as a company are very proud of our installation abilities and are highly skilled in the installation of many specialist systems. Consisting of chemical resistant FRP linings and coatings in varying degrees of applications, ranging from hand layup, spray, roller and trowel applied top coats, through to rubber linings using a full range of rubbers. These include natural, pre-cured and fully vulcanized sheet membranes. The above mentioned materials are used in many different applications, such as wear resistance for chutes, mills and hoppers within the mining industry, to full vulcanized chemical and heat resistant linings for use within industrial plants, such as fertilizer plants and pulp and paper mills, where acid and heat protective linings are required. Absorbers, GGH and FGD units within power plants are also protected by specialist chemical resistant flake lined coatings and vulcanized rubber linings, overlaid with acid resistant bricks and tiles, depending on the degree of corrosion protection specified.
